Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. was founded in 1988 as a window washing company. Over the course of 19 years we have grown each year through hard work, dedication to our customers and delivering on our word. We have also expanded by adding services and products to meet our customer’s needs.
We are members of the Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) and the Greater Cleveland Growth Association (COSE).
As a result of the diligent effort, hard work and the commitment we have made to our customers along with their dedication to us, we at Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. have built long lasting partnerships with our clients. This has allowed us to invest in the most recent technical advancements and equipment available to contractors. This also allows us to serve our current and future customers for years to come.
Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. is now a full-service distributor of paper products, cleaning chemicals, janitorial, sanitation supplies and maintenance equipment. Over the past few years we have made major investments in our company’s future by expanding our operation into a new facility that is spacious enough to accommodate additional staff and much needed warehouse space. Our new location allows us to carry a larger inventory of products and the latest technology in equipment. When purchased in volume this affords us the opportunity to pass along savings and same-day stock replenishment to our customers. This comprehensive approach has enabled us to exceed our customer’s needs and company goals.
While accomplishing these goals we found many of our customers requesting services other than just janitorial. These opportunities have allowed Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. to grow and evolve into a “Total Facility Management Company.” From cleaning services to exterior grounds maintenance to consulting services, we have the experience along with the staffing, equipment, and inventory to provide our clients with a full array of services and products.
